Simultaneously optimizing symmetry shifts and tensor factorizations for cost-efficient Fault-Tolerant Quantum Simulations of electronic Hamiltonians
We combine the double tensor-factorization of Burg et al. with the symmetry shift method of Loaiza and Izmaylov to reduce the scaling constant in the block-encoding of electronic Hamiltonians which results in lower T-gate costs of QPE for Hamiltonian simulation.
