We're seeking a passionate Drug Discovery Specialist with solid experience in the initial phases of virtual docking, high-throughput screening (HTS), and ligand optimization. You are someone who loves the thrill of discovery, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and isn't afraid to dive deep into computational challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive early-stage drug discovery processes using virtual docking and high-throughput screening methods.

  • Perform ligand optimization studies and contribute directly to advancing promising molecules towards pre-clinical validation.

  • Utilize and manage software tools such as AutoDock4, AutoDock Vina, Schrodinger GLIDE, and similar applications.

  • Work closely with our computational and scientific teams to interpret results and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Engage actively in improving and customizing virtual screening pipelines, including the use of advanced frameworks like VirtualFlow 2.

  • Hands-on experience in small-molecule docking, particularly in cancer-related therapeutic contexts.

  • Familiarity with virtual screening tools (AutoDock4, AutoDock Vina, Schrodinger GLIDE, etc.).

  • Experience using or implementing VirtualFlow 2 or similar high-throughput virtual docking frameworks.

  • Strong background in computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or related disciplines.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, innovative startup culture.
